This is a service that enables an applicant for a National Identity Card (Citizen or Resident Visitor) to fill out an application form for National Identity Card electronically anywhere.

Essential Document required during application of National Identity Card
- Applicant’s birth certificate
- A copy of the birth certificate/affidavit of one parent.
- If the applicant’s citizenship is hereditary: verify with a copy of the birth certificate or a copy of one parent’s National Identity Card.
- If the applicant’s citizenship is registerable, verify it with a copy of the applicant’s citizenship (Dossier Number).
